Similar to previous years, we'll be showing the CrossFit Games throughout the evening. You're more than welcome to bring food, drinks and something comfy to sit on!

We'll also be doing a Sweepstakes for the Female and Male category, £1 to enter, money to be split for top 3 finishers in both categories. 

The gym will be open in the afternoon (keep an eye on the whiteboard for more details) so if you want come down, train and then shower you can do!
