Today we were joined by the newest member of the CrossFit Harrogate family - both mother and baby (Oliver) are doing very well (Kerry's workout; give birth for time: 2.5 hours flash to bang, RX plus new PB!).
Therefore due to the fact that we missed the workout today (Friday), we'll complete it tomorrow (Saturday), just so you don't feel like you missed out.
